You’ll be part of a duty rota, assessing risks, participating in strategy discussions, and conducting Section 47 enquiries.Collaborate with substance recovery specialists, domestic abuse workers, and other skilled colleagues to support families and prevent children from reaching the edge of care. As we implement the recommendations from the Social Care Review, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of Social Work.With three family hubs in East Dorset—Swanage, Ferndown, and Wimborne—you’ll be delivering services alongside a wide network of community organisations, right in the heart of the community.About YouAre you passionate, experienced, and ready to make a real impact?If you have at least three years post-qualification experience working within a child protection team, we’d love to hear from you.
