Fantastic role providing comprehensive administrative support across the business including sales support, facilities, events, and reception. A positive, can-do attitude is essential along with excellent attention to detail.

  • Up to £30,000 depending on experience
  • Based in Dorking
  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (hybrid work available)
  • Parking onsite

Your job will be varied one and will involve;

  • Check and approve orders on the CRM
  • Act at the point of contact between accounts, sales and data departments
  • Arrange onsite rebooks and coordinate rebook packs
  • Assist in managing the sales offices onsite
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues
  • Sending confirmation letters to clients confirming their details
  • Ensure the balance of figures between the CRM system and the company reports
  • Raising PO’s for the leadership team
  • Assisting with facilities, including meeting rooms, stationary and organising office events
  • Providing a high level of customer service when answering the switchboard
  • Greeting guests in the office, managing the office calendar and organising couriers

The successful person will have;

  • Excellent IT skills (Excel/Word/Outlook)
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong focus on providing excellent service to internal and external clients
  • Flexibility to handle unexpected changes and challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Patient and calm under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure a high standard of accuracy
