Day-to-day of the role:- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, enhancing their overall experience.
- Support customers across various channels including in-branch, online, and via phone, ensuring a seamless service experience.
- Proactively reach out to customers to offer support and solutions, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring all customer information is current and well-organised.
- Adhere to all company policies and standards, while receiving comprehensive training to stay updated on all new procedures and services.
- Proven face to face customer service experience, ideally in customer care, retail, hospitality, or related fields.
- Strong team player with excellent time management skills.
- Highly adaptable and eager to take on new challenges and grow within the company.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of handling various customer interactions confidently and effectively.
