Description
- Processing invoices and maintaining the purchase ledger.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Handling payment runs and resolving queries related to these.
- Assisting with month-end reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments.
- Supporting the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Contributing positively to the team and company culture.
Profile
We are looking for someone who can commit for the next 6 months
We are also looking for someone who can start immediately and has a good, practical knowledge of processing invoices.
Job Offer
- An estimated hourly rate of 11.70 to 14.30, depending on experience.
