SEN Teaching Assistant (KS1) - Dover

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Year 1 pupil with complex needs on a reduced timetable (afternoons ONLY initially!), with the potential for hours to increase over time.
About the Role:- Location: Dover
- Key Stage: KS1 (Year 1)
- Support Needs: Child has experienced significant loss, leading to attachment difficulties.
- Schedule: Afternoons initially, with a focus on 1:1 support.
- Teamwork Approach: The school is looking for several staff members to support the child, reducing the impact of transitions and loss.
- Experience working with SEN pupils, particularly those with attachment challenges.
- A nurturing, patient, and consistent presence in the classroom.
- Ability to integrate into the class and provide 1:1 support.
- Comfortable with the most intense support being required towards the end of the school day.
