Consortium Professional Recruitment is delighted to partner with our client in their search for a Quality Technician. This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure the highest quality standards across production and compliance, supporting the company's dedication to a right-first-time culture.  As a Quality Technician, you will play a key role in monitoring product quality, supporting non-conformance investigations, and driving corrective actions. You will also contribute to the development of documentation for performance evaluations and key performance indicators (KPIs).  This is a permanent position, ideal for professionals within the engineering, engineering, quality assurance, and technical sectors, particularly those with experience in ISO9001 and QMS systems.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, customer requirements, and company quality standards.
  • Support internal and external non-conformance investigations, ensuring timely corrective actions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis investigations and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Assist in the development of documentation related to performance evaluation and KPIs.
  • Work closely with relevant teams and stakeholders to maintain and enhance quality processes.
  • Promote a right-first-time culture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  Key Requirements:
  • Experience in ISO9001 / QMS systems.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering competencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience working in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
