Site Manager - South Midlands
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee and manage projects in the South Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, innovative team working on a range of residential developments in a thriving region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and project progression.
- Monitor site progress, manage resources effectively, and maintain quality control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
- A valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary between 60,000 - 70,000 per annum.
