The client is a manufacturing organisation based in Droitwich.
Description

Provide expert advice on HR policies, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.

Deliver HR initiatives covering recruitment, talent management, compensation, employee engagement, and performance management.

Support leadership teams in driving culture-building efforts, employee satisfaction, and organisational alignment.

Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and update HR policies in line with best practices.

Utilise HR metrics and workforce data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Oversee HR administration, including contract management, onboarding, HR systems maintenance, and payroll support.

Drive efficiency improvements through HR process enhancements and system updates.
Profile
-
Degree in Human Resources Management and/or CIPD Level 7 qualification (or working towards it).

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Experience working in a large matrix organisation is advantageous.

Strong knowledge of HR policies and UK employment law.

Ability to work autonomously and proactively.

Strong communication skills with the ability to foster a transparent and collaborative workplace.
