- HR Generalist Duties
- Provide guidance on disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, and restructures.
- Attend meetings as an advisor, witness, and note-taker.
- Coordinate colleague surveys, produce feedback reports, and run pulse surveys.
- Maintain HR reporting, including monthly HR metrics and board reports.
- Support community, environment, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and people plans.
- Handle HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Payroll, Rewards & Benefits
- Liaise with the outsourced payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Respond to internal and external payroll-related queries.
- Prepare data for NMW reviews, salary benchmarking, bonuses, and gender pay reporting.
- Organise Long Service Award gifts and celebrations.
- Up to £30,000 salary (depending on experience)
