- Handle ER cases(disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, restructuring).
- Support HRÂ reporting, policies, and engagement initiatives.
- Liaise with payroll providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage benefits, recognition schemes, and colleague events.
- 5+ years’ HR experience(ER & payroll preferred).
- CIPD Level 5(or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Organised, analytical, and proactive.
