Astute's Renewables team is partnering with a renewable energy provider, that specialise in anaerobic digestion and utility scale solar. Together we are recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor for its AD plant in Worcestershire.
The strategically important Maintenance Supervisor role comes with a salary of up to 55,000, bonus scheme and company vehicle.

Responsibilities and Duties
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:
- Coordinate breakdown responses, ensuring the quickest possible resolution.
- Manage contractors, ensuring adherence to safe systems of work and risk assessments.
- Perform planned maintenance tasks, record corrective actions on the Shire system, and manage spare parts ordering and follow-up.
- Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety policies.
- Oversee equipment repairs, refurbishments, and new installations/fabrication work.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation.
- Support ongoing project work and assist the operations team as needed.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by all staff and contractors.
- Act as a mentor and role model for new team members.
- Act as a management representative in the absence of the Operations Manager.
Professional Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
- A NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
- Experience operating HMI/SCADA systems.
