Are you a skilled payroll professional with expertise in Sage 50? Our client is seeking a Payroll Manager to take charge of their payroll processes across multiple companies. If you are looking for a temp-to-perm opportunity, this could be the perfect position for you.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll for approximately 800 employees.
  • Process payroll for 3-5 different divisions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the board.
  • Use Sage 50 to run payrolls, identifying errors, processing corrections, and producing essential reports.
  • Reconcile pre-update reports and manage cash-back reports, deductions, and variance analysis.
  • Work with a complex payroll structure that includes a variety of payroll levels.
  • Ensure smooth salary processing, with a focus on high-paced accuracy.


What We're Looking For:

  • Sage 50 Expertise: Confidence and deep understanding of Sage payroll functionalities are crucial.
