A Leading Manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join their well-established Senior Management Team.

Role Description

Implement and maintain quality policy, processes and guidelines
Support functional managers with quality requirements, including those from customers and stakeholders
Develop Quality Strategy objectives and KPI's
Implement and maintain an integrated management system to meet ISO 9001, 14001 and 4500
Lead 8D and route cause analysis
Identify areas of improvement across all aspects of the department/team/site and work to implement solutions
Collaborate effectively with other department heads
Have a strong understand of process flow manufacturing, and integrated quality management throughout
Full management of team personnel. Looking after budgeting, training, development

Skills and Qualifications
* Over 3 years experience at Quality Manager level
* Qualified ISO 9001 Auditor
* 3 years ISO 9001 experience, knowledge of 14001, 45001
* Route cause analysis and 8D
* Process capability
