I am seeking a talented Senior Architect with a passion for creative design to join a well-established practice in North Somerset. The team works across a variety of residential and mixed-use projects, delivering high-quality designs from concept to completion. With a strong focus on sustainability, this friendly and collaborative practice takes pride in executing every project to the highest standard.

The ideal Senior Architect will have substantial experience post-Part 3 qualification and a proven track record in residential design. A deep understanding of current UK building regulations is essential, along with confidence in managing projects through all stages. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is a must.

Responsibilities, Experience and Skills for the role of Senior Architect:

• Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
• ARB registered
• Confident liaising with clients and contractors
• Able to manage a small team
• Mentor junior team members
• Residential experience is essential
• Happy running projects from inception to completion
• Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Must be proficient using Revit and AutoCAD
