Job Title: Senior Architectural Designer

Salary: £33,000 - £42,000
This is a great opportunity to join a RIBA chartered practice who provide award winning design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced and ambitious Senior Architectural Designer to help on their residential and mixed-use projects in their Portishead offices.
To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architectural Designer, you will have strong post architectural degree experience within a relevant role in the UK. The successful individual will have a background in managing and delivering on numerous projects within the residential sector, as well as being able to demonstrate proficiency with industry standard software.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Designer:
- Relevant degree within Architectural design
- Strong experience working on residential housing developments
- Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Designer within a UK practice
- Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
- Revit experience is desirable
- Up to date knowledge of UK legislations
- Excellent residential layout design and architecture skills for outline and RM applications
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience managing and delivering multiple projects
- Live within a commutable distance to the Portishead area
