Senior Architect

Location: West Somerset

Salary: £38,000-£42,000

We are searching for an experienced and creative Senior Architect to join a well-established and innovative team in West Somerset. The practice has a passion for beautiful, classic residential properties and would love to have a Senior Architect with similar views join their team. They always aim to exceed client's expectations by providing sustainable, interesting and imaginative architecture.

The successful Senior Architect must have a fantastic design flare and experience working in the high-end residential sector. Strong technical abilities and a good knowledge of Vectorworks is favourable too.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

  • Significant experience in a UK-based practice, post Part 3 qualification
  • ARB/RIBA accredited
  • Experience working throughout all RIBA stages, from concept to practical completion
  • Knowledge of Vectorworks, Adobe Suite and NBS Building Software is preferable
  • Passion for sustainable design and construction
  • Providing designs and executing projects for bespoke, traditional buildings
  • Leading your own projects
  • Manage a small team and mentor junior team members
  • Live locally to the area
