Finance Manager

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a global business based in North Somerset, to recruit a Finance Manager into a newly created role.

The Role

This is a key role for my client which in which you will have the opportunity to really make an impact, and part of the role will require you to undertake profitability and variance analysis on contracts and business partner with Project Managers, Procurement and Supply Chain teams.

You will also be required to set up and maintain costing models, and you will be involved with various financial projects and the development of both systems and processes, to ensure accurate forecasting and analysis.

The role will also provide exposure to financial management and month end, and will have a strong focus on standardising and improving processes.

The Person

To be considered you will be an ambitious Qualified Accountant, ideally with experience of MI reporting and implementing financial controls. Previous business partnering experience is not essential, but you will be partnering with various stakeholders in the business, so you will need to be a strong communicator and someone who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships.
