Our client, a leading Intellectual Property (IP) firm, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IP Administrator with 2-3 years of experience to join its dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the firm’s patent and design renewals work, and offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of IP administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patent and Design Renewals: Play a key role in managing patent and design renewals, ensuring all deadlines are met accurately and efficiently
  • Grant Formalities and Validations: Handle grant formalities and validations, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Reporting: Prepare and manage comprehensive reports related to IP activities, providing clear and accurate information to stakeholders
  • Records Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate IP records using the firm's electronic document management system
  • Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing queries related to IP administration
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the IP team, contributing to the smooth operation of the firm's IP functions

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2-3 years of experience in IP administration
  • Strong knowledge of patent and design renewals processes
