Part-Time Highways Lawyer – Remote Working – Up to £55 per hour Umbrella
Venn Group is seeking a skilled Highways Lawyer to join a respected Council on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional to contribute their expertise to significant projects within the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert legal advice on highways matters, including infrastructure, roadworks, and traffic management.
- Drafting, negotiating, and advising on legal agreements, including s.278 and other highways agreements.
- Collaborating with council officers to support highways projects, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
Role Details:
- Duration: Initial 3-month contract, with a strong potential for extension.
- Working Arrangements: Part Time, flexible with hours. Fully remote working available.
- Rate: Up to £55 per hour (via umbrella)
