Locum Commercial Property Lawyer – Midlands  – Remote Working – Up to £55 per hour Umbrella

Venn Group’s specialist legal team is currently recruiting for a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer to join an Midlands based Local Authority. This role is offered for an initial 3-month period, with the possibility of extension.

Role Details:

  • Working Arrangement: Fully remote working
  • Contract Length: Initial 3 months (with potential for extension)
  • Hours: Part-time, 3-4 days per week
  • Rate: Up to £55 per hour Umbrella, there may be a degree of flexibility on this for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a general commercial property caseload
  • Handling landlord and tenant matters
  • Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, and easements
  • Assisting with an asset disposal project

This position offers excellent flexibility and the opportunity to work within a supportive Local Authority team.
