You will be experienced in carrying your own mixed Residential caseload of Residential Freehold and Leasehold and ideally new builds. You should be an experienced Conveyancer who has a real focus on customer care and delivering the best outcome for your Client. You will be handling a mix of cases including Leasehold and Freehold matters and should be confident in dealing with this type of work.
