We are working with a rapidly expanding, innovative organization that is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead the strategy and growth of their product offerings as they continue to scale their market presence

Role Overview:

In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth for our client’s key products. You will lead a team, drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives, and collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to ensure the solutions meet evolving market demands. Your ability to shape and refine go-to-market strategies, manage customer relationships, and deliver results will be key to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Craft and lead the sales strategy to drive revenue growth, focusing on both new business and expanding opportunities within an existing client base.

  • Market Insight & Growth: Identify market trends and emerging client needs to adapt and refine the product offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team, driving performance and alignment with sales targets. Scale and structure the team as needed to meet business growth objectives.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to optimize product positioning, sales strategies, and go-to-market plans to maximize impact and performance.

  • Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs, track performance, and adjust strategies based on data to ensure the sales team meets or exceeds targets.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, driving growth through strategic initiatives and revenue scaling.
  • Expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies with an ability to adapt based on evolving market conditions.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and inform long-term growth strategies.
  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Data-driven decision-making, using performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve execution.

Desirable Skills:

  • Background in SaaS, compliance solutions, particularly in a high-growth environment.
