We are working with a rapidly expanding, innovative organization that is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead the strategy and growth of their product offerings as they continue to scale their market presence
Role Overview:
In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth for our client’s key products. You will lead a team, drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives, and collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to ensure the solutions meet evolving market demands. Your ability to shape and refine go-to-market strategies, manage customer relationships, and deliver results will be key to the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership: Craft and lead the sales strategy to drive revenue growth, focusing on both new business and expanding opportunities within an existing client base.

Market Insight & Growth: Identify market trends and emerging client needs to adapt and refine the product offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.

Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team, driving performance and alignment with sales targets. Scale and structure the team as needed to meet business growth objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to optimize product positioning, sales strategies, and go-to-market plans to maximize impact and performance.

Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs, track performance, and adjust strategies based on data to ensure the sales team meets or exceeds targets.
