The Recruitment Co are Recruiting for a Permanent Service Co Ordinator for their client based in Dundee.

Salary - £240,000 Per Annum

Contact - Permanent Full Time

Hours - Monday - Friday Core Hours (Office Based)

Location - Dundee (Free Parking)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To take the incoming calls from customers in a busy Service office, ensuring all calls are handled proficiently.
  • The Service Department is a rapidly changing environment where you will be required to adapt quickly, problem solve and coordinate appropriate responses, working collectively with colleagues and suppliers toward consistently achieving the departments revenue and service targets.
  • Demonstrate an ability to learn basic technical knowledge and have an interest and desire to learn about dental equipment and technical information.
  • Assist customers with enquiries in relation to technical issues, parts orders and technician call-outs.
  • Liaising with Engineers and bookings in Services

Essential Skills

  • Demonstrate good team working and support other areas of the business as and when required.
  • Exhibit a strong administrative background, preferably in a customer - facing environment.
  • Have a good telephone manner.
