Candidates should have experience with PC and laptop hardware, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft 365 support.
A background in security tools and basic networking knowledge is also required.
The position involves customer-facing responsibilities and requires a valid UK driving license for client site visits.
The role offers a salary of £30,000 and requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Devonshire Hayes have partnered with an excellent company to help them secure a talented IT Support Analyst to join their team. You will be tasked with the following,

Various PC & Laptop Hardware
Windows Desktop Operation Systems
Windows Server Operating Systems
Microsoft 365 use and support
Experience in security tools AV/EDR/spam filtering/web filtering
Basic networking DHCP/DNS, etc.
Customer service skills/customer-facing experience

The ideal candidate will be able to attend the office 3 days per week, you will also need to be able to attend client sites (therefore you must have a valid UK driving licence).
