What we're looking for:

  • Proficiency in handling various PC and laptop hardware
  • Experience with Windows Desktop Operating Systems
  • Familiarity with Windows Server (2012-2022)
  • Basic skills in firewall and router management
  • Competence in Microsoft 365 usage and support
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts like DHCP and DNS
  • Experience with Security tools (EDR/Spam and web filtering)
  • Stellar customer service skills with prior customer-facing experience
