- Provide technical assistance across PCs, laptops, and server infrastructures
- Diagnose and fix problems related to Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Utilize security tools such as antivirus/endpoint detection, spam, and web filters to ensure system integrity
- Address fundamental networking configurations, including DHCP and DNS settings
- Ensure a customer-centric approach in managing and resolving technical issues
- Experience in a relevant IT support position up to 2nd line
- Expertise in PC & Laptop Hardware and Windows Operating Systems
- Experience with Microsoft 365 use and support
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
