As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be a key leader in our Dundee operations, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and design through to execution and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large-scale construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet all requirements in terms of time, cost, and quality.
Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate and manage project teams, including site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Oversee procurement processes, ensuring materials and resources are sourced efficiently.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within a Tier 1 construction company.
Strong background in managing large and complex construction projects, ideally in the commercial or infrastructure sectors.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management.
Proficient in project management software and tools, including MS Project and BIM.
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required
