Band 3 Personal Assistant

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is actively searching for a skilled PA to Assistant Director and Clinical Manager, to join our clients within the healthcare sector at Ulster Hospital. This is a full time role of 37:50 hours per week, offering a fantastic opportunity for a 6 month period.

Rate of Pay:
o 11.67 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.

" PA support to Assistant Director to include:
o Email management
o Support for meetings - booking rooms, typing agendas, sending out and collating documentation for meeting, typing minutes
o Booking travel and courses when applicable
o Diary management
" Admin Support to Senior Nursing Team to include but not exhaustive:
o Support for meetings as listed above
o Booking rooms
o Collating documentation for training
o Typing up, printing and laminating information sheets for display within ED and Minor Injury Unit

Requirements:
o Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
o Minimum of one year`s experience in Administration or five GCSEs at grade C and above.
o Previous experience in Healthcare would be advantageous.
