We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to support our Schools' Admissions Office. This is a varied role that will include the management of data, all aspects of customer service and liaison with relevant departments to ensure the Admissions Office runs efficiently and effectively across the key admissions processes. The post holder will also be responsible for coordinating Admissions projects, leading in the organisation of family visits and events, and providing administrative support for the Head of Admissions when needed.

The successful candidate must have excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills with the ability to be accurate whilst working to specific deadlines. It is essential you can act confidentially, remain calm and professional during busy periods while being able to work with key stakeholders effectively in a warm, friendly and professional manner. Strong IT skills are essential, with the ability to learn new software packages effectively.

This role is a full time position. The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, all-year round (52 weeks per annum), with the occasional weekend day to support Open Days and School events. The salary range for this role is £24,000-£27,000 per annum.
