- Forecasting, data analysis and management of under performance
- Deal with any issues or complaints swiftly, escalating to your Senior Sales Partner where applicable
- Responsible for recruitment for your team, managing headcount and budget

- Proven track record in Estate Agency management or Contact Centre management
