What You'll Be Doing:

From overseeing daily operations to supporting directors and site teams, your day will be full of variety. You’ll:

  • Manage facilities, health & safety checks, and company accreditations.
  • Keep the office humming by scheduling meetings, managing holiday records, and booking training courses.
  • Organise unforgettable company events and foster communication across teams.
  • Support directors and ensure project information flows seamlessly to teams.
  • Handle client requests, compile project completion packs, and much more!

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Previous experience in office management or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Confidence with IT – you’re a pro with Excel and Word!
  • A resourceful, flexible attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
  • A self-starter mindset with a team-player approach.
