Your new companyA global organisation is on the search for an HR Advisor to join them on a fixed term contract until May 2026 to join their UK site located in the County Durham region.You will report to the Head of HR on all advisory services and be the first point of contact within a specific division of the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the recruitment process by preparing contracts and supporting the onboarding
- Analysing training needs with department heads
- Providing advisory support to line managers across the division
- Coach and guide managers on a wide range of HR related issues
- Produce monthly reports and collate the data
- Support on ad hoc project work
- Managing Employee Relation Case work remotely
- Supporting apprentices throughout their programme
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role previously
- Up-to-date employment law knowledge
- Ability to build relationships remotely and in person
- CIPD Qualified or working towards
- Experience in a fast-paced industry
