We’re partnering with a brilliant national charity to recruit two HR Advisors (Projects) on a fixed-term contract until October 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to support a large-scale organisational change following a recent merger, with the chance to gain valuable experience in OD project work.

About the roleWorking alongside an OD Business Partner, you’ll help deliver their second phase of the project, ensuring change is implemented smoothly, with clarity and compassion.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Supporting job evaluations, job mapping, and people impact assessments
  • Preparing scripts, letters, FAQs, and tracking project milestones
  • Attending consultation meetings, taking notes, and offering guidance
  • Supporting internal comms and keeping everything aligned with timelines and values
  • Contributing to a process shaped by their values of Kindness, Courage, and Respect

This is a project-focused role - there’s no casework or day-to-day ER involved - and it's ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, structured work.

What you’ll bring

You don’t need direct experience in organisational design, but you must bring:

  • Generalist HR experience - confident in HR principles and practices
  • A solid understanding or awareness of consultation processes, TUPE and change management
  • Excellent admin and communication skills - from note-taking to document prep
  • The ability to stay organised, ask the right questions, and work at pace
  • A warm, collaborative approach that builds trust with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Able to work remotely while staying connected and collaborative with the wider team. Trusted to manage time effectively and take initiative without the need for close supervision
  • You’ll be supported throughout and gain great exposure to the change management process. This is a great development step for an HR professional ready to broaden their experience.
