Payroll Officer

Full Time - Monday to Friday - Hybrid

Durham based

Minimum 3 - 6 months

Interesting role for my client to support the payroll manager to deliver effective end to end payroll functions through payroll prep, processing and governance.

Must have proven experience in end to end payroll processing

System knowledge - ideally Oracle EBS payroll, Sage

BACS and CHAPS payments

You should also have a sound understanding of the components of payroll systems and operations, working to deadlines, legislation and payroll best practice .

Be familiar with benefits inc salary sacrifice arrangements and other wage deductions.

Working on your own initiative is also an essential skill for this role.
