The Hours Youll Work;
- Permanent day shift
- Hours of work 08.00am and 16.30pm, Monday to Friday

- MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the Durham area.
The Job Youll Do;
- Working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Working on various items of furniture
- Cutting and prepping a range of materials
- Manually picking materials from stores
- Colour matching threads and ribbon
- Wrapping completed products in to packaging ready for dispatch
- Completing visual quality inspection and completing quality assurance paper work
- Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
- General housekeeping duties and following specific standard operations and being able to adhere to social distancing is required
About You;
- Experience working as a upholsterer in the past
- Methodical with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Ability to motivate the team to meet KPIs.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Problem solving skills.
- A good accuracy level is essential.
- Good numeracy and literacy.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team as required.
