Our client, a market leading organisation operating in the motor industry, are currently looking to add a passionate HR Administrator to the team. This role will be a standalone HR position (HR outsource used) within the business with realistic scope to progress with seniority.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who hasprevious experience in HRand wants to join a busy, successful business.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide first-class customer service to our employees and managers.
- Complete HR administration tasks: posting job adverts, processing new starters, salary and contract changes, reporting to payroll.
- Monitor and respond to HR queries via email and phone.
- Issue anniversary cards and manage long service awards.
- Ensure HR folders contain accurate, up-to-date information.
- Take minutes during HR meetings.
- Provide basic policy advice to staff and managers.
Key Skills:
1+ years admin experience, preferably in HR.
Proficient in Microsoft and Outlook.
Works well independently and in teams.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail in all areas.
Discreet with confidential information.
General Information:
Start date: ASAP
Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Permanent contract (6-month probation period)
Starting salary: £25,000.00 - £27,000.00
