We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will maintain their Quality Management Systems to IATF16949 and ISO9001 standards, ensuring exceptional product quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customer quality teams to ensure internal systems compliance
- Resolve quality issues through systematic problem-solving
- Develop PPAP documents for product launches
- Conduct process capability studies and audits
- Lead Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) reviews
- Coordinate customer complaint resolution
- Support external certification audits
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a regulated Engineering environment
- ISO9001/IATF16949 quality management system expertise
- Certified Auditor with proven auditing experience
- Strong problem-solving skills using tools like 8D and 5-Why
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
