We have a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Supervisor to join our client to support the construction of a commercial project. With a strong pipeline of work our client is able to offer these roles on long term contract.
  • Building Services background
  • Time served HVAC/Pipefitter
  • Experience working as a Supervisor
  • Experience with managing large packages of work and subcontractors
  • Tier 1 building services experience

Reporting into the Project Director, this role will be accountable for delivery of the mechanical elements of the project and provide the resources required for natural growth in the region.

Duties will include:

Primarily Supervision and Management of mechanical workforce, packages of work and subcontractors

Required Experience:

Relevant mechanical qualification - SMSTS/SSSTScertification and Gold Skillscard CSCS
Adapts to flexible and changing schedules
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to prioritize multiple business unit needs, tasks, projects, and demands
