I am looking for a proactive, professional and experienced complaints manager to join a well-established client. In this role, you鈥檒l handle and resolve formal complaints efficiently, ensuring excellent service and compliance with company policies. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction and identify ways to reduce complaints.
The role with offer variety and include some of the following duties;
路 Investigate and resolve complaints in a timely manner
路 Maintain accurate records and report trends
路 Ensure compliance with industry regulations
路 Drive continuous improvement in customer experience
路 Strong problem-solving and communication skills
路 Experience in complaint handling or customer service management
路 Ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholder expectations
