My clients are looking for a talented Construction Project Manager to join their busy team!! The successful candidate will support the Head of Estates and the Development Manager by managing all aspects of project planning, budgeting, design, construction, and supervision.

Duties include:

  • Lead client-side project management for construction projects focused on enhancing our campsite portfolio.
  • Manage design, specifications, and procurement for major projects, working with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, CDM regulations, and best practices throughout all projects.
  • Serve as Contract Administrator (JCT) during construction, performing regular site checks and health and safety audits.
  • Prepare cost estimates and reports for senior management approval.
  • Attend meetings to present project plans and collaborate with Senior Architectural Technicians on design.
  • Assist with planning applications and obtaining building regulation approvals.
  • Support internal processes for changing specifications.
  • Maintain contract documents and standard specifications.
  • Oversee the creation of drawings (concept, planning, construction, as-built) using AutoCAD.
  • Update project progress using project management software (Clarizen).
  • Provide professional advice for developing site networks, including condition surveys for potential sites.
  • Manage smaller construction projects as requested.

Required Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in construction project management, ideally managing multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of JCT Form of Contract administration.
  • Degree or HND-level education and membership in CIOB preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Building Regulations, CDM regulations, and health and safety legislation.
  • Valid CSCS card; SMSTS qualification is a plus but can be provided.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the UK, including overnight stays.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD.

Fantastic starting salary of £50,000 - £55,000 with company car or car allowance!!

Hybrid working structure - 1- 2 days in the office rest WFH.
