Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Eastbourne, hybrid, free parking
Salary: 28,000 - 32,000
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 9:00am - 5:30pm
About the Role:
We're looking for experience Property Manager to join a small (team of 5) but very friendly team in Eastbourne. Ideally you will have a block management experience, but this is not mandatory. So if you have solid (2 years min) property management experience, please do apply today!
Property Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Act as the main point of contact for leaseholders, tenants, and contractors
- Organise and oversee maintenance works, repairs, and health & safety inspections
- Prepare and manage service charge budgets, liaising with accounts teams
- Ensure compliance with relevant property legislation, including Section 20 consultations
The Property Manager will have / be:
- Block management experience would be ideal, however strong property management experience would be sufficient
- Experience providing Section 20 Notices
- ATPI qualification is an advantage
- Driving license and own transport
- Great communication skills
