About the Role:We're looking for experience Property Manager to join a small (team of 5) but very friendly team in Eastbourne. Ideally you will have a block management experience, but this is not mandatory. So if you have solid (2 years min) property management experience, please do apply today!

Property Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Act as the main point of contact for leaseholders, tenants, and contractors
  • Organise and oversee maintenance works, repairs, and health & safety inspections
  • Prepare and manage service charge budgets, liaising with accounts teams
  • Ensure compliance with relevant property legislation, including Section 20 consultations

The Property Manager will have / be:

  • Block management experience would be ideal, however strong property management experience would be sufficient
  • Experience providing Section 20 Notices
  • ATPI qualification is an advantage
  • Driving license and own transport
  • Great communication skills
