About the Role:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join our clients team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth onboarding and compliance of suppliers within the business, in line with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Supply Chain Team in procurement onboarding and vetting.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain Governance & Analytics Manager and HSEQ Administrator.
- Manage ongoing supplier compliance, ensuring valid certifications and adherence to company processes.
- Review and verify all supporting documentation.
- Compile and maintain a comprehensive review sheet combining onboarding and supplier assessments.
- Ensure that suppliers hold the necessary accreditations for their work.
- Maintain up-to-date Supply Chain Quality & Environmental policies.
- Organise and store all onboarding documentation correctly.
- Identify and escalate any risks to procurement stakeholders.
- Follow up on missing information and escalate issues where necessary.
- Provide support to procurement colleagues as directed by the line manager.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated team player with an organised and proactive approach.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks.
- Some health and safety knowledge (desirable but not essential).
