About the Role:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join our clients team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth onboarding and compliance of suppliers within the business, in line with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Supply Chain Team in procurement onboarding and vetting.
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain Governance & Analytics Manager and HSEQ Administrator.
  • Manage ongoing supplier compliance, ensuring valid certifications and adherence to company processes.
  • Review and verify all supporting documentation.
  • Compile and maintain a comprehensive review sheet combining onboarding and supplier assessments.
  • Ensure that suppliers hold the necessary accreditations for their work.
  • Maintain up-to-date Supply Chain Quality & Environmental policies.
  • Organise and store all onboarding documentation correctly.
  • Identify and escalate any risks to procurement stakeholders.
  • Follow up on missing information and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Provide support to procurement colleagues as directed by the line manager.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with an organised and proactive approach.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks.
  • Some health and safety knowledge (desirable but not essential).
