HCR is partnering with an award-winning provider to recruit a Regional Support Manager to assist the senior operations team. Overseeing a portfolio of homes across Southampton, Eastleigh, Bournemouth, Surrey, Bath, Hailsham, Eastleigh, and two in Scotland, the ideal candidate will be an experienced leader in CQC, compliance, safeguarding, and budget management.

While nurse training with an active NMC pin is preferred, it is not essential. The role requires extensive travel and a strong background in regulatory excellence.

Regional Support Manager Duties:

  • Lead and support a portfolio of eleven care homes, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance (CQC) governance and operational excellence across the region
  • Coach and empower Home Managers & Deputy Managers to drive leadership and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with local authorities and key stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

Regional Support Manager Requirements:

  • Proven leadership as a CQC Registered Manager with a strong track record of achieving Good CQC ratings, or experience as a Regional or Peripatetic Manager
  • Exceptional clinical leadership with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CQC regulations and a strong track record in driving quality improvements.
  • Experience in workforce planning, and operational efficiency to ensure sustainable performance.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to navigate challenges and implement effective solutions.
