Our client, an award-winning and values-driven firm, is seeking a Part-Time Secretary/Typist to join their friendly and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an established organisation within the professional services sector and is ideal for someone who enjoys dictation typing.

The company offers flexibility in working hours and is open to either three full days per week (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or shorter hours spread across more days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and taking of accurate messages
  • Dictation typing and some copy typing
  • Scheduling and confirming of appointments
  • Filing and document management
  • Providing general administrative support
