Grounds Maintenance Operative

Your new companyYou will be working for a large housing association who manager over 50,000 homes.

Your new roleWe're looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative. Working within a team, you'll be responsible for the upkeep of the external communal areas, grass, shrubs and hedges. You may be required to undertake soft landscaping and minor tree work.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and well-driven individual looking to contribute to a dynamic and diverse team.

Role is a 40-hour week, based from Easteligh but covering a local area. Driving License is required with Van and fuel card provided. What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced Grounds Maintenance operative with proven with solid horticultural knowledge.

You will ideally also hold: PA1 and PA6AW qualifications (desirable, but not essential)*NPTC certification or equivalent (desirable, but not essential)*A full driver's licence (with towing licence desirable)
