Meraki Talent are supporting with the appointment of a permanent Accountant based in Edinburgh (hybrid working) paying £55,000 plus exceptional bonus potential, excellent pension and wider benefits package.

The Role
The permanent Accountant will involved the following components:
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders & departmental heads
- Involved in high profile projects including process & continuous improvement
- Assisting with the year-end accounts & close
- Annual audit preparation including liaising with external Auditors
- Liaising with commercial and FP&A functions to create & utilise data to influence strategic decision making
- Balance sheet integrity
- Overseeing transactional finance
- Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls & systems

Candidate Profile
The employer is keen to engage with qualified Accountants from one of the following backgrounds:
- An inhouse industry Accountant seeking a more diverse/senior role
