Job
The role of Intercompany and Project Accountant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
- Processing and recording intercompany transactions in the general ledger
- Generating and monitor intercompany invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Performing reconciliations of intercompany accounts
- Collaborating with finance teams across various departments and international offices
- Ensuring compliance with policies, GAAP, FRS 102 and other regulatory requirements
- Assisting in the preparation of consolidated financial statements
- Providing support during internal and external audits
- Identifying process improvements for intercompany accounting
- Supporting key projects with financial insights and management
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for project transactions
You
As an Intercompany and Project Accountant you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
- Solid planning and project management skills
- Qualified or nearly qualified Accountant (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA or similar) or several years being QBE
- Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex data
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheet applications
