Description
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities
- Collaborate with the financial department and team members to achieve business goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations
- Assist in the budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts
- Address financial discrepancies by checking all financial transactions
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Experience in accounting software Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly known as Dynamics NAV) is advantageous.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently as required
