Benefits for Customer Liaison Officer:
- 18-21 p/hour
- Mon-Fri 08:00-16:30
- 50% Office based in Northfield - 50% travelling the south of Birmingham
- Temporary contract with the potential of becoming a permanent role
Key duties of the Customer Liaison Officer:
- Booking in surveys with customers
- Travelling out to customers and assisting surveyors
- Using systems for data input
- Liaising with customers and surveyors to ensure effective communication throughout
- Ensuring any customer queries are dealt with and you are gathering feedback on service
- General RLO duties as required
The successful Customer Liaison Officer will:
- Full Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
- Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Desirable:
- Previous undertaking of a similar role
